This page describes what MyRVPage actually does with your information. It is written to match how the service runs today, not to list every practice a larger company might have.

Who we are

MyRVPage.com builds a custom web page for one RV that a private owner is selling. We are based in Las Vegas, Nevada. You can reach a person at oakweb@gmail.com or 702-337-5605.

What we collect, and why

Your email address
You type it when you start an order and when you ask for a sign-in link. We use it to identify your order, to send you the sign-in link, and to talk to you about your page.
The material you send us
Photographs, video, service records, and the answers you give about your RV. We use it to build your page. You decide what is published on the page and what stays private.
Web server logs
Our server records the usual request information — IP address, browser user agent, the address requested, and the time. It is used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
Cookies
A sign-in cookie once you use a magic link, and a cookie that guards forms against cross-site posting. Both are necessary for the site to work. An advertising-measurement cookie is described further down and is only ever set if you agree to it.

Payment

Card payment is handled by Stripe. Your card number is typed on Stripe's own checkout page. We never receive it, never see it, and never store it. What comes back to us is a confirmation that an order was paid.

Files you send us

Uploading files through this website is not switched on yet. Today, you send your photos and records to us directly by email or by a link you share. When in-site upload is switched on, files will go to Cloudflare R2 object storage and this page will be updated in the same change that switches it on.

Advertising measurement

No advertising or analytics tracking is running on this site at the moment. No Google script is loaded, and no advertising cookie is set.

If we later advertise, we will use Google Ads conversion measurement for one narrow purpose: to record that a purchase happened, so we can tell whether an advertisement was worth its cost. If that is switched on you will see a banner asking first. Nothing is loaded and nothing is measured until you press Agree, and you can decline. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we would not measure page views or button clicks — only a completed, paid order.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Your order record and the material you sent are kept while your page is up and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back. If you want your order and material deleted, ask us and we will do it.

Your page is public on purpose

The page we build for your RV is meant to be shared with buyers. Treat anything on it as public. Documents you ask us to put behind a PIN are shown only to someone you give the PIN to.

Asking us about your information

Email oakweb@gmail.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. There is no charge and no form to fill in.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top changes too.
